These programs embody the true spirit of Body Electric – the energy, the passion, the creativity, and the results! What I’m most proud of is that these workouts have withstood the test of time. Of course we’ve learned a thing or two over the last 30 years, and I’ll alert you to a few changes as you exercise with the program.

BODY SHAPING

The original Body Electric workout with the Tallahassee crew. Produced on a nightclub dancefloor with checkered tiles and a juke box, we worked through the night to produce a video that is spirited … and still has integrity some 30 years later. It features an all-toning exercise program for both the upper and lower body. (1985)

THE KNOCKOUT WORKOUT

Score a TKO (total knockout). This program features five rounds, combining low-impact aerobic dancing with upper and lower body muscle toning. Margaret, Joe and Benisa work out in a stylized boxing ring. The Knockout Workout features a 15-minute aerobic workout followed by 35 minutes of toning exercises. (1991)

Each VIDEO segment is 60 minutes and contains a warm-up and cool-down for a total of 120 minutes.
