Margaret presents a 45-minute low-impact aerobic program that combines the strength of athletics with the grace of aesthetics.

After the energizing warm-up, you'll enjoy six aerobic-dance segments followed by 15 minutes of muscle toning and a relaxing cool-down.

An Energetic and Challenging Muscle-Toning Workout!

In this 45-minute workout Margaret offers a “circuit-style” program, grouping several muscles (such as chest, triceps and biceps), then repeating the segment, with variations, for a complete muscle-toning workout!

A sturdy chair is required for the aerobic workout, and light weights are recommended for the muscle-toning  workout.
